


New Transfer Representative/Pagasa Coordinator Position
The New Transfer Representative Position is a brand new board position available to new, incoming transfers. Also known as the Pagasa Coordinator, this position will serve as the main liaison between the PTSP Executive Board and new members. The coordinator responsibilities* include but are not limited to the following:

Shall serve as a regular member of the PTSP Executive Board upon appointment, which includes but is not limited to regularly attending PTSP Executive Board meetings, general body meetings, and events

Shall lead end of the quarter Town Hall meetings every quarter

Shall coordinate and create outreach efforts focused on new members and transfers

Shall participate in meetings and partnership efforts with external organizations and persons with Chairperson

Shall provide support to Vice Chairperson in planning and executing Kapatid Program events and Puno Internship Program curriculum

Shall actively learn about and participate in the responsibilities of each Executive Board member by attending at least one external meeting per year with each coordinator

Shall provide support and serve as assistant to Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Bayanihan Project Coordinator for YIELD annual transfer event (SEND)
*Note: As the NTR/Pagasa Coordinator is a new position this year, the roles and responsibilities will evolve depending on the needs of the general body and PTSP Executive Board. Responsibilities can be altered as necessary, with discretion.
