Student Empowerment Networking Day
 SEND DaySEND, or Student Empowerment Networking Day, is an annual event where we, as PTSP, cordially invite newly accepted Bruins for a day of fun activities and workshops on the UCLA campus. It's a great opportunity to be introduced to the Pilipino transfer community within UCLA as a safe space to share everyone's experiences and get a feel for what being a Bruin is really about.  Campus TourPTSP members will give you a full tour of UCLA campus and even give recommendations on the best study spots. |

 Dinner on the HillIncoming transfers will get the opportunity to mingle with members and fellow admits during their FREE breakfast and dinner! |
 Samahang Modern's Dinner PerformanceDinner is also accompanied by a dance performance by Samahang Modern, one of UCLA's best and biggest dance crews. |
 Tabling with other Filipino OrgsPTSP isn't the only Filipino organization on campus. Find out about all the others like Samahang Pilipino, SPACE, SPEAR, Pilipinos in Engineering, Tinig, and Anakbayan during our tabling session and get the most out of your extracurricular involvement during your time at UCLA. |
 Performance by TinigIncoming transfers will also be treated to a performance by Tinig Choral, a student-run Filipino choral group. |

Transfer Admit RSVP
Student Empowerment Networking Day (SEND) is an annual event catering specifically to Pilipino transfer admits where the Pilipino Transfer Student Partnership (PTSP) cordially invites and welcomes newly accepted Bruins for a day of fun activities, dynamic speakers, mixers, a campus tour, and useful workshops on the UCLA campus.
We also offer the chance to stay overnight in a UCLA dorm to experience life on "The Hill." It's a great opportunity to be introduced to the university, the Pilipino transfer community within UCLA as a future support system and community to join, and how it really feels to be a Bruin. Experiences tend to to be memorable, and friends made during SEND often last a lifetime!
Ready for the experience? Be sure to RSVP here by May 1 to secure your spot! If you intend on staying overnight on The Hill, please be sure to bring a sleeping bag, comfortable clothes to sleep in, and toiletries for the following day.

Are you a current UCLA student/PTSP member that had a memorable SEND experience and want to be able to do the same for future transfers? Let us know if you want to help out during SEND either as a part of SEND committee or simply by volunteering and helping out the day of!
If you would like to donate swipes in order to get meal vouchers for the admits and your fellow volunteers, please contact a board member or email us at ucla.ptsp@gmail.com with your name, phone number, and how many swipes you would like to donate.
We will also need hosts for admits that stay overnight. If you are able to host, please fill out this form. In return for hosting, you get a free PTSP tshirt!
