HOW DO I JOIN A MEETING FOR THE FIRST TIME?
Welcome to PTSP! Please reach out to us through this website or on our Instagram to get in contact with one of our Execute Board members. We would love to personally introduce you to our organization and get you involved with the Pilipinx community here at UCLA!
DO I HAVE TO BE PILIPINX-IDENTIFYING TO PARTICIPATE?
Of course not! Here at PTSP, we welcome every student with open arms regardless of background. We have several non-Pilipinx identifying members who enjoy our meetings, activities, and programs all the same! Our goal is to foster an environment and provide a supportive space that welcomes all students at UCLA.
HOW OFTEN DOES PILIPINO TRANSFER STUDENT PARTNERSHIP MEET?
During the Fall quarter, PTSP holds weekly general meetings on Wednesday's from 6:00PM-8:00PM! In Winter and Spring quarters, we switch to biweekly meetings on Wednesday's at the same time. Meeting locations vary, so please check our Instagram for the most up-to-date information!
WHAT OTHER EVENTS DO YOU HAVE?
In short, PTSP holds general meetings, study halls, socials, and internships to allow our members to grow holistically in our community. Any events will be announced via Instagram!
