The PTSP Kapatid Program is a mentorship program in which a new transfer student will be placed in a Kapatid line and paired with someone, such as a PTSP Executive Board member or a PTSP General Member.

PTSP's Bayanihan Project provides academic services such as peer advising to help provide Pilipino community college students with greater accessibility to higher education, serving the students of nearby community colleges.
